1、按傳感器故障程度分類
按傳感器故障程度(du)的(de)大小可分為硬故障和軟故障。
硬故(gu)障泛指結構損壞導致的故(gu)障,一般幅(fu)(fu)值較大,變化(hua)突然;軟故(gu)障泛指特(te)性的變異,幅(fu)(fu)值較小(xiao),變化(hua)緩(huan)慢。

按故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)存在的表現可分(fen)為(wei)間歇(xie)性(xing)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)和故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)。間歇(xie)性(xing)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)時好時壞;故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)失效(xiao)后,不能再(zai)恢復正常。
3、按故障發生、發展的進程分類
