力(li)和恒定溫度條(tiao)件下(xia),氧(yang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)產生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓值與氧(yang)濃度成(cheng)正比關系(xi),每個(ge)氧(yang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓在(zai)整個(ge)壽命期內基本上是(shi)穩(wen)定的(de)(de)。當測量(liang)到(dao)的(de)(de)氧(yang)濃度值與設置的(de)(de)氧(yang)濃度值偏差較大時,機器將發出(chu)報警提示,這時可以對其(qi)進(jin)行定標(biao)校準(zhun),若仍(reng)然偏差較大,一般(ban)都是(shi)氧(yang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)耗(hao)盡,需更換(huan)氧(yang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),一般(ban)氧(yang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)使用壽命約1~3年(nian)。
簡單來說,它(ta)的原理就是(shi)氧氣參與(yu)氧化還原的電池,會發生(sheng)以下電*反應:
正(zheng)*:O2+2H2O+4e-=4OH-
負*:Fe-3e-+3OH-=Fe(OH)3
總方程(cheng)式(shi):3O2+4Fe+6H2O=4Fe(OH)3
當測(ce)量到的氧(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)值與設(she)置的氧(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)值偏(pian)差較(jiao)大(da)(da)時,機器將發出報警提(ti)示,這時可以對其進行定標校(xiao)準,若仍然偏(pian)差較(jiao)大(da)(da),一般都(dou)是氧(yang)(yang)電(dian)池耗盡,需更換氧(yang)(yang)電(dian)池,一般氧(yang)(yang)電(dian)池使用壽命(ming)約1~3年。
氧(yang)電(dian)池位置一(yi)般都在病人吸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)端與空氧(yang)混(hun)合器(qi)之間(jian)。如MAQUET Servo i呼吸機的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)路系統:空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、氧(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)分別進入兩(liang)個氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體模(mo)塊, 根據設(she)置的潮(chao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)量、壓力水平和氧(yang)濃度計算(suan)*準后(hou)送(song)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)至混(hun)合腔(qiang), 混(hun)合腔(qiang)內(nei)有混(hun)合瓣(ban)攪動氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流, 空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、氧(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)充分混(hun)合, 經氧(yang)電(dian)池監(jian)(jian)測實際(ji)氧(yang)濃度后(hou)送(song)出。氧(yang)電(dian)池在呼吸機里*做終末(mo)監(jian)(jian)測,本身和氧(yang)濃度控制(zhi)無關。
2.氧電池性能檢測
(1)氧電池失效判(pan)斷(duan)
觀察氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)監(jian)測(ce)情況,如(ru)果測(ce)量值(zhi)(zhi)與設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)值(zhi)(zhi)比(bi)較偏(pian)(pian)差較大,先檢查(cha)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)源問題(ti)(ti),看(kan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(0.24~0.6MPa, 一(yi)(yi)般(ban)(ban)在(zai)0.4MPa左右(you))、流量(一(yi)(yi)般(ban)(ban)在(zai)120L/分(fen)(fen)鐘)、氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)(100) 是(shi)否(fou)正常,另外(wai)考慮空氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)混合器是(shi)否(fou)正常,排除以上可(ke)(ke)能,如(ru)果氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)測(ce)量值(zhi)(zhi)與設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)值(zhi)(zhi)比(bi)較偏(pian)(pian)差超過(guo)10*至少30s,可(ke)(ke)判斷為(wei)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)已經失效(xiao)。曾碰到一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)拉斐爾呼(hu)吸機報警“氣(qi)道(dao)內氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)過(guo)高(gao)”,查(cha)看(kan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)值(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)50*,而測(ce)量值(zhi)(zhi)>80*,雖(sui)然做(zuo)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)校正通過(guo),但(dan)值(zhi)(zhi)偏(pian)(pian)差仍遠(yuan)遠(yuan)>10*,基本可(ke)(ke)判斷是(shi)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)問題(ti)(ti),從其它同(tong)型(xing)號呼(hu)吸機拆一(yi)(yi)個(ge)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)試機正常,確定系原氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)失效(xiao)。有些廠商對氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的檢測(ce)是(shi)分(fen)(fen)別在(zai)21*、100 氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)環境下測(ce)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(假設(she)分(fen)(fen)別為(wei)X、YmV),分(fen)(fen)析X/21*、Y/100 兩者(zhe)偏(pian)(pian)差是(shi)否(fou)在(zai)5* 允許(xu)范圍內。
