美國PARKER派克過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)的(de)結構是通(tong)過輸送介質(zhi)管(guan)道上(shang)不可缺少的(de)一種裝置,通(tong)常安裝在(zai)減壓閥、泄壓閥、定水位閥 ,方工(gong)過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)其(qi)它設備的(de)進口(kou)端設備。過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)由筒體、不銹鋼濾(lv)(lv)網、排污部分、傳動裝置及電氣控制部分組(zu)成。待處理的水經過過濾(lv)器(qi)濾(lv)網的濾(lv)筒(tong)后(hou),其雜質(zhi)被阻(zu)擋(dang),當需(xu)要(yao)清(qing)洗時,只(zhi)要(yao)將可拆卸的濾(lv)筒(tong)取出,處理后(hou)重新(xin)裝(zhuang)入即可,因此,使用維護*為(wei)方便。

過濾器(qi)(qi)待處(chu)理的水由入水口進(jin)入機(ji)體,水中的雜(za)質沉積在不銹(xiu)鋼濾網上,由此產生壓(ya)(ya)差。通過壓(ya)(ya)差開關監測進(jin)出水口壓(ya)(ya)差變化,當壓(ya)(ya)差達到設定值時,電(dian)控器(qi)(qi)給水力控制閥,驅動(dong)電機信號(hao)。設備安裝后(hou),由(you)技術人員(yuan)進(jin)行調(diao)試(shi),設定過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)時間和清(qing)洗(xi)轉(zhuan)換(huan)時間,待(dai)處理的水由(you)入水口(kou)進(jin)入機體,過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)開始正常工(gong)(gong)作,當(dang)達到預(yu)設清(qing)洗(xi)時間時,電控(kong)器(qi)給水力(li)控(kong)制閥、驅動(dong)電機信號(hao),引發下列動(dong)作:電動(dong)機帶動(dong)刷(shua)子旋(xuan)轉(zhuan),對(dui)濾(lv)芯進(jin)行清(qing)洗(xi),同(tong)時控(kong)制閥打開進(jin)行排污,整個清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)程只需持續數十秒鐘,當(dang)清(qing)洗(xi)結束時,關閉(bi)控(kong)制閥,電機停止轉(zhuan)動(dong),系統恢復至其初(chu)始狀態(tai),開始進(jin)入下一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)工(gong)(gong)序。過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)的殼體內部主要由(you)粗濾(lv)網、細濾(lv)網、吸污管(guan),不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼刷(shua)或不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼吸嘴、密封圈、防腐涂層、轉動軸等組(zu)成。
