德國FESTO電磁閥
德國FESTO費斯托電磁閥的各種分類為直動式電(dian)磁閥(fa),分步直動式電磁閥,先(xian)導式(shi)電磁(ci)閥三大類型,FESTO電(dian)磁(ci)閥是用來控制流體(ti)方向的(de)自動化基礎元件,屬于執行器(qi);通(tong)常用于機械控制和工(gong)業閥門上面(mian),對介質(zhi)方向進行控制,從而達到對閥門開關的控制。
德國FESTO費斯托電磁閥的三大類型原理介紹:
1、直動式電磁閥:原理:通電時,電磁線圈產生(sheng)電(dian)磁力把關(guan)閉件(jian)從(cong)閥(fa)(fa)座上(shang)提(ti)起,閥(fa)(fa)門打(da)開;斷電時,電磁力(li)消失,彈簧把關(guan)閉件(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)閥(fa)(fa)座上(shang),閥(fa)(fa)門關(guan)閉。特點(dian):在(zai)真空、負壓(ya)(ya)(ya)、零壓(ya)(ya)(ya)時能(neng)正常工作,但通徑一般(ban)不(bu)超過(guo)25mm。
2、分步直動式電磁閥:原理(li):它是一(yi)種直動(dong)和先(xian)導(dao)式相結(jie)合的原理(li),當入口與(yu)出(chu)口沒有(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差時(shi),通電(dian)后,電(dian)磁力(li)(li)直接(jie)把先(xian)導(dao)小閥(fa)和主閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)件依次向(xiang)上提起,閥(fa)門打開。當入口與(yu)出(chu)口達到啟動(dong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差時(shi),通電(dian)后,電(dian)磁力(li)(li)先(xian)導(dao)小閥(fa),主閥(fa)下(xia)(xia)腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)上升,上腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)下(xia)(xia)降,從而利(li)用壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差把主閥(fa)向(xiang)上推開;斷電(dian)時(shi),先(xian)導(dao)閥(fa)利(li)用彈簧力(li)(li)或介質壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)推動(dong)關(guan)閉(bi)件,向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)移動(dong),使閥(fa)門關(guan)閉(bi)。特點:在(zai)零壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差或真空、高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)時(shi)亦能(neng)可*動(dong)作,但功率(lv)較大,要求必須(xu)水平安裝。
3、先(xian)導式(shi)電磁閥:原理:通電時,電磁力把先導孔打開(kai),上腔(qiang)室壓力迅速下(xia)降,在(zai)關閉件周(zhou)圍形成上低(di)下(xia)高的(de)壓差,流體壓力推動(dong)(dong)關閉(bi)件(jian)向上(shang)(shang)(shang)移動(dong)(dong),閥門打開;斷電時(shi),彈(dan)簧力把(ba)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)孔(kong)關閉(bi),入口壓(ya)力通過旁通孔(kong)迅速腔室在(zai)關閥件(jian)周圍形(xing)成下低上(shang)(shang)(shang)高的壓(ya)差,流體壓(ya)力推動(dong)(dong)關閉(bi)件(jian)向下移動(dong)(dong),關閉(bi)閥門。特點:流體壓(ya)力范圍上(shang)(shang)(shang)限(xian)較高,可任意安(an)裝(zhuang)(需定制)但必須滿(man)足(zu)流體壓(ya)差條件(jian)。電磁閥從(cong)閥結構和材料上(shang)(shang)(shang)的不同與原理上(shang)(shang)(shang)的區(qu)別,分(fen)為六個分(fen)支小類:直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)膜片(pian)(pian)結構、分(fen)步(bu)(bu)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)膜片(pian)(pian)結構、先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)膜片(pian)(pian)結構、直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)活塞結構、分(fen)步(bu)(bu)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)活塞結構、先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)活塞結構。

FESTO電磁閥的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)途電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)液體和氣體管路的(de)(de)開(kai)關控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),是(shi)兩(liang)位(wei)DO控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)般用(yong)(yong)于(yu)小(xiao)(xiao)型管道的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。電(dian)動(dong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)液體、氣體和風系(xi)統管道介質流(liu)量的(de)(de)模擬(ni)量調節(jie),是(shi)AI控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。在(zai)大(da)型閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)門和風系(xi)統的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中也可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)動(dong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)做兩(liang)位(wei)開(kai)關控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)只能用(yong)(yong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)關量,是(shi)DO控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),只能用(yong)(yong)于(yu)小(xiao)(xiao)管道控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),常見于(yu)DN50及以(yi)下管道,往上(shang)就很(hen)(hen)少(shao)了。電(dian)動(dong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)可(ke)以(yi)有(you)AI反饋信號,可(ke)以(yi)由DO或AO控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),比較見于(yu)大(da)管道和風閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)等(deng)。1.開(kai)關形(xing)式電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)通(tong)(tong)過線圈驅動(dong),只能開(kai)或關,開(kai)關時(shi)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)短(duan)。電(dian)動(dong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)驅動(dong)一(yi)(yi)般是(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)機,開(kai)或關動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)完成需要一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)模擬(ni)量的(de)(de),可(ke)以(yi)做調節(jie)。2.工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)性質電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)一(yi)(yi)般流(liu)通(tong)(tong)系(xi)數(shu)很(hen)(hen)小(xiao)(xiao),而(er)且工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)壓力(li)差(cha)很(hen)(hen)小(xiao)(xiao)。比如一(yi)(yi)般25口(kou)徑(jing)的(de)(de)電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)流(liu)通(tong)(tong)系(xi)數(shu)比15口(kou)徑(jing)的(de)(de)電(dian)動(dong)球閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)小(xiao)(xiao)很(hen)(hen)多。
德國FESTO費斯托電磁閥是由電磁線圈和磁芯組成,是包含一個或幾個孔的閥體。當線圈通電或斷電時,磁芯的運轉將導致流體通過閥體或被切斷,以達到改變流體方向的目的。電磁閥的電磁部件由固定鐵芯、動鐵芯、線圈等部件組成;閥體部分由滑閥芯、滑閥套、彈簧底座等組成。電磁線圈被直接安裝在閥體上,閥體被封閉在密封管中,構成一個簡潔、緊湊的組合。我們在生產中常用的電磁閥有二位三通、二位四通、二位五通等。這里先說說二位的含義:對于電磁閥來說就是帶電和失電,對于所控制的閥門來說就是開和關。
