分析儀器的維護保養措施中需要注意的普遍問題

1、操作時*須嚴格按規程操作,嚴格執行對注意事項,投用儀器前須事前預熱,做好事后散熱或清洗的。否則,儀器維護再好也不會經久耐用。
維護保養的*點應當是使用者經常接觸到的地方,這些接觸點很容易出故障,應加強對這些接觸點的維護保養。
有光學元器件的分析儀器,嚴禁用手觸摸或擅自調節。
要認真做好分析儀器維修記錄,包括維修時間、維修情況簡述、更換配件。通過記錄可以了解分析儀器維護情況及動態,進而掌握分析儀器故障原因。
對涉及安全的儀器設備,操作時應有必要的隔離措施和警示標志。根據分析儀器維護保養的以上措施,我們制定了維護保養計劃和相關措施,并確定了分析儀器檢查項目和檢查標準。
2.儀器維護保養措施的制定按分析儀器的類型及使用狀況有針對性地做好切實可行的“設備維護保養細則”,同時做好維護保養措施:
儀器一般的維護方法:
使用、維護人員在開箱后,應認真研讀隨機帶的說明書,掌握其結構、原理、功能、操作要點,維護與保養要求。儀器內外應保持干凈,注意防潮濕、防銹蝕、防干擾。精密儀器要輕取輕放,光學部件要用擦鏡紙,不能使用濕布擦抹。對電子線路板要*除灰塵,檢查儀器接地情況。機械及傳動部分要除銹跡、污物,并且做好潤滑上油。
對于使用頻次高的儀器維護方法:
按照儀器的特性,屬于熱交換的,要定期檢查通風口,及時清理灰塵及燃燒雜物;屬于油壓機械的或內有介質溶液的,要定期檢查介質變色或界面情況,及時更換介質或適量增減。屬于易損件的,要及時清理更換,如氣相色譜儀的隔墊。有水循環的儀器,要防止因粉塵、浮游物等聚集,導致水流量不足,影響冷卻效果或者因電導率升高影響儀器的性能。使用氣源的儀器,要定期用肥皂水檢查氣路接頭,防止漏氣引起事故,或影響結果的準確性。
對于使用頻次低的儀器的維護方法:
電子儀器和分析儀器要定期通電預熱,防止電解電容變質,電子線路板局部短路或性能不良,影響儀器使用效果;對于用干電池的儀表,長期不用時要將電池取出后存放,防止電池腐爛損壞電極;微安表要將輸入端短接后存放,靈敏檢流計要將輸入線圈鎖住后存放;經常檢查儀器的干燥硅膠,以防內部件受潮,影響儀器的穩定性指標;光學通道要定期除塵,除污及霉點。
